BOUCAN PATRIOTs

This village is located on top of a large mountain. Living Water acquired a building with 8 rooms that has been used as a clinic since 2005. There is a nurse who lives on the property next door. She has diligently provided medical care to the people in the local villages and makes house calls. One of the health needs that her patients experience is hunger. She regularly cooks food and invites the patients to come to the clinic for a meal. This facility is managed by two American Doctors who come to the clinic to see patients and to provide additional training to the nurse. This village does not have a source for clean drinking water. There is a school on the property where the students receive a vitamin enriched lunch each day at school.
